The Chinese are a group of people who have played a major role in the development of different new machines and other inventions. All these Chinese inventions have over the years been used in order to make improvements as well as developments in the field of machines especially. The Chinese are considered to be a group that has a lot of development because of the way that they have worked and keep continuing to create good inventions.

The development in china also keep s growing as a steady and reliable rate because they explore their creativity and allow themselves to keep inventing things that people will see and appreciate.
In addition to this, people also tent to be able to have easier lives because of the many Chinese inventions that are made by people like the Chinese. Below are some simple inventions that can be traced back to the Chinese and have a role in the way that people get to have easier tasks when they perform their work or go about their day to day duties.

The Abacus
One of the most renowned inventions of the Chinese is the Abacus. This is a development that was meant to assist people to calculate. The device was created and can be dated to around 100 AD. Over the years, many people have built on the idea of the Abacus and now we have so many devices that have come as a result of it. These are all devices that are making life simpler and making it easier for people to go about their day to day lives. A good example is that of the computer and calculator.

The computer for instance, can now do much more than the abacus could and it proving to be much more effective and efficient in terms of calculations. It can do the original basic applications of the Abacus which were to calculate but in now also has the ability to do much more. Because of the abacus, life is proving to be much simpler for people and less strenuous especially when it comes to calculating.

The mechanical clock
The most intricate Chinese invention may as well be the mechanical clock. In around the 725 AD, the Chinese were already at the forefront trying to create a powerful clock that people could use. It is considered to be one of the greatest inventions of the midlevel period and was created by a Chinese Buddhist called Yi Xing. It operated in a 24 hour system that is still used today. The clock had an iron and bronze kind of wheeling system which allowed it to produce a sound and chime as soon as it was detected on the clock that it had been an hour.

Another famous Chinese invention is the magnetic compass. This is able to tell direction through the use of magnets proving that by 500BC the Chinese were well aware of magnetism. They heated the pieces of ore and then cooled them in order to show the North and the South positions on a compass.
